Quick answer
Yes, via Bluetooth tethering to your iPhone. As long as your iPhone has Openline data, Watch notifications, streaming, and apps continue to work when the two are paired within Bluetooth range.
What to do while abroad
- Keep your Watch paired to your phone (Bluetooth on).
- Set Openline as your phone's Cellular Data line.
- All Watch traffic that would normally cost cellular data now goes through Openline.
What won't work
- Making phone calls directly from the Watch when your phone is out of Bluetooth range.
- Standalone Watch-only cellular data.

When you write in, include your purchase code (the OL-… code we emailed you) and, if the eSIM is already installed, its ICCID (Settings → Cellular → tap the Openline line). That's enough for us to find your plan and diagnose without back-and-forth.
