Openline on iPad 10th gen (cellular)

eSIM supported. Older iPad models (9th gen and earlier) use nano-SIM only.

Install

  1. Buy your Openline plan at openline.com and get your purchase code.
  2. On the tablet: Settings → Cellular (iPad) or Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs (Android) or Settings → Network → Cellular (Surface).
  3. Add eSIM → scan QR from your Openline dashboard.
  4. Enable Data Roaming on the Openline line.

Notes for tablets

  • Tablets don't make voice calls (usually), so Openline's data-only model is a perfect fit.
  • Some tablets share eSIM slots between profiles — you may need to disable one before adding another.
  • Battery drain on cellular is heavier than Wi-Fi; disable Data Roaming when using Wi-Fi to save power.

Every Openline plan is delivered as a purchase code (format OL-4F7X-9K2Q-A3M8). Redeem it (1) inside the Openline app, (2) signed into your account at openline.com, or (3) anonymously at openline.com/start with just the code — no account needed.

Still stuck?

Reach Openline support 24/7 through any of these channels:

When you write in, include your purchase code (the OL-… code we emailed you) and, if the eSIM is already installed, its ICCID (Settings → Cellular → tap the Openline line). That's enough for us to find your plan and diagnose without back-and-forth.
