Openline works fully on the iPhone 14.
Step-by-step install on iPhone 14
- On the iPhone 14, connect to Wi-Fi.
- Open the Openline confirmation email on a second screen (or on the iPhone 14 itself for one-tap install on iOS 17.4+).
- Tap the Install eSIM button, or open Settings → Cellular → Add Cellular Plan → scan the QR from the email.
- Follow the iOS prompts. Label the new line Openline.
- Once installed:
- Cellular Data → Openline
- Default Voice Line → keep your home line
- Data Roaming (on the Openline line) → ON
- Land at your destination, turn airplane mode off, wait 30–60 seconds — you're online.
Notes for iPhone 14
- The iPhone 14 supports 5G on Openline where the partner network deploys it.
- Dual-eSIM is supported — your home eSIM (if you use one) can stay installed alongside Openline.
- Wi-Fi calling on the home line continues to work when Openline is active.
Still stuck?
Reach Openline support 24/7 through any of these channels:
- Live chat — inside the Openline app or at openline.com
- Email — ask@openline.com
- WhatsApp — wa.me/15554842461
- Messenger — m.me/askopenline
- Contact form — openline.com/contact

When you write in, include your purchase code (the OL-… code we emailed you) and, if the eSIM is already installed, its ICCID (Settings → Cellular → tap the Openline line). That's enough for us to find your plan and diagnose without back-and-forth.
