On Samsung Galaxy (One UI 5+) the eSIM install is fast whether you scan the QR or tap the one-tap install link. All paths turn your Openline purchase code into an eSIM profile.

Steps

  1. Settings → Connections → SIM manager.
  2. Tap Add eSIM.
  3. Choose Scan QR code from service provider and scan the QR from your Openline confirmation email, from My Codes in the Openline app, or from openline.com/start after pasting your purchase code.
  4. If asked to enter the code manually, use the SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code from the email or from My Codes → Show manual activation string.
  5. Follow the prompts, label the new line Openline.
  6. Enable Data roaming and set Mobile data to the Openline line.

S24 / S25 one-tap install

On Galaxy S24 and newer with One UI 6.1+, opening the confirmation email and tapping Install eSIM launches the SIM Manager automatically — no QR scan required.
