If you have bars but no data in Niger, the fix is almost always the Data Roaming toggle. On the Openline line — not your home line — turn Data Roaming ON in your phone's cellular settings. Then confirm Openline is selected as Cellular Data.

Full checklist

  1. Data Roaming ON for the Openline line.
  2. Cellular Data set to Openline.
  3. Airplane mode off, then briefly toggle it on and off to force a fresh registration.
  4. Restart the phone if the toggle doesn't take effect after 60 seconds.
  5. APN: leave it blank on iPhone; on Android it should auto-provision but you can set it to openline if the app tells you to.

If none of the above works, you're probably in a partner-coverage dead zone — airtel niger and moov niger carry us; lte in niamey and zinder. Move a few hundred meters and try again.

Still stuck?

Reach Openline support 24/7 through any of these channels:

When you write in, include your purchase code (the OL-… code we emailed you) and, if the eSIM is already installed, its ICCID (Settings → Cellular → tap the Openline line). That's enough for us to find your plan and diagnose without back-and-forth.
