Openline plans for Japan are priced dynamically against local Tier-1 wholesale. The current storefront (openline.com/japan) shows live pricing; typical shapes look like:

  • 1 GB / 7 days — good for short trips, maps, messaging.
  • 3 GB / 15 days — enough for most weekly travellers who use hotel Wi-Fi.
  • 5 GB / 30 days — heavier trips with some streaming.
  • 10 GB / 30 days — solid all-purpose plan.
  • 20 GB / 30 days — remote work friendly, hotspot included.
  • Unlimited / 7, 15, 30 days — no data ceiling, subject only to local network capacity.

All plans include hotspot / tethering at no extra cost. There are no SMS or voice minutes — plans are data-only, and calls run over WhatsApp, iMessage, FaceTime, Zoom and any other data app.
