In Zimbabwe, Econet Wireless, NetOne and Telecel carry us; LTE in Harare, Bulawayo, Victoria Falls and Mutare. Coverage inside Harare is the strongest and speeds are typically comparable to a local prepaid line.

Network behavior

  • Your phone auto-selects the best available partner — you don't pick a network manually.
  • If you see "No Service" in a remote area, toggle airplane mode; sometimes the phone latches onto a weaker roaming partner and needs a reselect.
  • VoLTE (HD voice) support depends on the partner. Data-only plans don't need VoLTE; if you're using a plan with voice, we tell you in the plan detail.

What "coverage" means for you

Openline coverage in Zimbabwe means data throughput, DNS resolution, and low-latency access to global services. Streaming, maps, messaging and banking apps all work as they would at home — we don't throttle specific app categories.

Still stuck?

Reach Openline support 24/7 through any of these channels:

When you write in, include your purchase code (the OL-… code we emailed you) and, if the eSIM is already installed, its ICCID (Settings → Cellular → tap the Openline line). That's enough for us to find your plan and diagnose without back-and-forth.
