iPhone: Settings → Cellular → Openline → Network Selection → the currently connected carrier is shown at the top (or as the highlighted one under Automatic).
Android: Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → Openline → Network operators → see the current selection.
On the status bar: Look at the carrier name next to the signal bars — that's your current partner.
