Your phone shows the local partner-network name, not "Openline". This is standard eSIM behavior — the eSIM registers on a real carrier and the phone displays that carrier's name.

Example: In Germany, you might see "Telekom" or "Vodafone.de". In Japan, "SoftBank" or "docomo". Openline routes your traffic through whichever partner has the best signal.

If you want to see "Openline" in the status bar, you can rename the eSIM label under Settings → Cellular → Openline → Cellular Plan Label (iPhone). Note this changes the display label, not the actual carrier attach.

Still stuck?

Reach Openline support 24/7 through any of these channels:

When you write in, include your purchase code (the OL-… code we emailed you) and, if the eSIM is already installed, its ICCID (Settings → Cellular → tap the Openline line). That's enough for us to find your plan and diagnose without back-and-forth.
