ColorOS runs on Oppo phones. eSIM path: Settings → Connection & sharing → SIM card & mobile data → Add eSIM.

Step-by-step

  1. Connect to Wi-Fi first.
  2. Open the settings menu at the path above and tap Add eSIM.
  3. Choose Scan QR code and scan the code from your Openline confirmation email on a second device — or tap Enter it manually and paste the SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code from the same email.
  4. Confirm the download, name the plan Openline.
  5. Enable Data roaming on the Openline line and select it as Mobile data.

OEM tips

  • On Oppo ColorOS the eSIM profile survives factory resets only if you keep the same account and choose the "restore" flow — if you truly wipe, reinstall from your Openline account.
  • Some Oppo ColorOS builds ship with an aggressive data-saver mode that can block eSIM data profile downloads. Turn Data Saver off during install.
  • If the Openline line shows up but no data flows, confirm the APN is set to openline (or blank so the profile's default is used).

Still stuck?

Reach Openline support 24/7 through any of these channels:

When you write in, include your purchase code (the OL-… code we emailed you) and, if the eSIM is already installed, its ICCID (Settings → Cellular → tap the Openline line). That's enough for us to find your plan and diagnose without back-and-forth.
