Most Openline eSIMs configure the APN automatically on Android. If they don't, do this:
- Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → Openline → APN.
- Add a new APN with:
- Name: Openline
- APN: openline
- MCC/MNC: leave blank (auto-fills)
- APN type: default,supl,dun
- Save and select the new APN.
On iPhone the APN is set automatically by the eSIM profile — you do not need to configure it manually.

When you write in, include your purchase code (the OL-… code we emailed you) and, if the eSIM is already installed, its ICCID (Settings → Cellular → tap the Openline line). That's enough for us to find your plan and diagnose without back-and-forth.
