If you can't scan a QR (no second screen, blurry image, printer smudge) you can type the activation code manually. On iPhone this is what Apple calls the "SM-DP+ address" plus an activation token; Openline packages both into one string you paste, and generates it from your purchase code.

Get the manual code

  1. Open your Openline app or sign in at openline.com → My Codes.
  2. Next to the plan, tap Show manual activation string. You'll see two lines: the SM-DP+ address and the activation token.

Alternatively at openline.com/start you can paste your purchase code and pick Manual entry to get the same values.

Enter on iPhone

  1. Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM → Use QR Code → Enter Details Manually.
  2. Paste the SM-DP+ address and activation code from Openline into the corresponding fields.
  3. Confirm, label the line Openline, and set Data Roaming on.

Still stuck?

Reach Openline support 24/7 through any of these channels:

When you write in, include your purchase code (the OL-… code we emailed you) and, if the eSIM is already installed, its ICCID (Settings → Cellular → tap the Openline line). That's enough for us to find your plan and diagnose without back-and-forth.
