The Settings → Cellular screen is command central for your eSIM. Key sections:

Cellular Data

The line currently used for data. Set to Openline when abroad.

Default Voice Line

The line used for calls. Set to your primary (home carrier) so people can still reach you.

SIMs

Lists all installed lines. Tap each to enable/disable and configure.

Cellular Data Switching

Auto-fails-over to your other line if the current one has weak signal. Turn OFF to prevent surprise home-carrier roaming charges while abroad.

For each line

  • Turn On This Line — master toggle.
  • Label — rename it (e.g. "Openline Europe").
  • Data Roaming — must be ON for Openline abroad.
  • Network Selection — Automatic by default; toggle off to pick a partner manually.
  • Wi-Fi Calling — for your home carrier; irrelevant for data-only Openline.
  • Cellular Data Network — APN settings; leave alone for Openline.
  • SIM PIN — a security PIN; not needed for eSIMs.

Still stuck?

Reach Openline support 24/7 through any of these channels:

When you write in, include your purchase code (the OL-… code we emailed you) and, if the eSIM is already installed, its ICCID (Settings → Cellular → tap the Openline line). That's enough for us to find your plan and diagnose without back-and-forth.
