Samsung's One UI puts eSIM management under Settings → Connections → SIM manager.
Steps:
- Tap the Openline eSIM in the SIM manager list.
- Toggle Turn on.
- Enable Roaming.
- Set Mobile data to Openline (top of SIM manager screen).
- Set Preferred SIM for calls to your primary line.

When you write in, include your purchase code (the OL-… code we emailed you) and, if the eSIM is already installed, its ICCID (Settings → Cellular → tap the Openline line). That's enough for us to find your plan and diagnose without back-and-forth.
