Openline is designed to disappear once installed, which matters when you don't want to hand your phone to a local telco desk for a SIM swap.

Safety tips

  • Install before leaving home so you land connected. Bag snatchings sometimes target visible SIM-swap moments outside airports.
  • Keep 2FA on the home line via Wi-Fi calling as a backup channel.
  • Save embassy and local emergency numbers offline (Contacts, not just Notes).
  • Share your itinerary and Openline eSIM plan expiry with a trusted person so they know when you're due to check in.

Openline never asks for an ID; your account is tied to an email only.

Still stuck?

Reach Openline support 24/7 through any of these channels:

When you write in, include your purchase code (the OL-… code we emailed you) and, if the eSIM is already installed, its ICCID (Settings → Cellular → tap the Openline line). That's enough for us to find your plan and diagnose without back-and-forth.
