Openline routes on Bell, Rogers, and Telus in Canada. Coverage in populated valleys is excellent; deep backcountry (interior of Banff, Jasper trails) is limited by radio physics, not by Openline.
Sizing
- Base out of Banff/Canmore: 10 GB / 15 days.
- Multi-park driving: 20 GB / 30 days.
- Hut-to-hut hiking with SOS need: bring a satellite communicator; Openline alone won't reach the Bugaboos.
Notes
- Icefields Parkway is patchy — download offline maps.
- Lake Louise has coverage at the lakeshore but not deep in the surrounding valleys.
