Openline runs on Tier-1 carriers — the same networks locals use. Real-world speeds depend on:

  • The country and specific area (city centres are typically faster than rural areas).
  • 5G, 4G/LTE, or 3G availability. Openline supports 5G where the partner does.
  • Local congestion — same story as any local SIM.
  • Your phone's supported bands.

In practice: 50–300 Mbps download in most European and Asian cities on 5G; 20–100 Mbps on 4G/LTE; slower in dense congestion or remote areas. If you're getting less, it's almost always local coverage, not Openline throttling.

Still stuck?

Reach Openline support 24/7 through any of these channels:

When you write in, include your purchase code (the OL-… code we emailed you) and, if the eSIM is already installed, its ICCID (Settings → Cellular → tap the Openline line). That's enough for us to find your plan and diagnose without back-and-forth.
