The camera won't focus on the Openline QR code. The QR is just an image of your purchase code — you don't need it if you can grab the code another way.
Fix the camera
- Clean the camera lens.
- Increase screen brightness on the device showing the QR.
- Hold the phone 15–20 cm away.
Or skip the QR entirely
- Use the manual activation string — in My Codes → Show manual activation string or in the confirmation email under "Manual entry". Paste both fields into your phone's eSIM settings.
- Redeem the purchase code directly at openline.com/start on the target phone. The site produces an install artifact matched to that specific device.
- Use the one-tap install link in the confirmation email if you're on iOS 17.4+ or Android 13+ with a compatible OEM.

When you write in, include your purchase code (the OL-… code we emailed you) and, if the eSIM is already installed, its ICCID (Settings → Cellular → tap the Openline line). That's enough for us to find your plan and diagnose without back-and-forth.
