Wi-Fi calling and cellular data are separate connections. Wi-Fi calling uses Wi-Fi to reach your home carrier's core; cellular data on Openline requires actual radio attachment to a partner network abroad.
What to check
- Are you actually in a country covered by Openline? Wi-Fi calling works anywhere with internet, but cellular data needs local partner signal.
- Is Data Roaming on for the Openline line? Toggle it off and back on.
- Is Cellular Data set to Openline? Verify in Settings → Cellular → Cellular Data.
- Try manually selecting a partner network in Settings → Cellular → Openline → Network Selection.
Still stuck?
Reach Openline support 24/7 through any of these channels:

When you write in, include your purchase code (the OL-… code we emailed you) and, if the eSIM is already installed, its ICCID (Settings → Cellular → tap the Openline line). That's enough for us to find your plan and diagnose without back-and-forth.
