This error usually shows up when iOS has failed to load any eSIM profile at boot. It's rare and almost always cleared by a restart.
Sequence to try
- Airplane mode on for 30 seconds, then off.
- Restart the iPhone (hold power + volume down; slide to power off).
- Go to Settings → Cellular and confirm the Openline line is toggled on.
- If it's still saying no SIM available, remove the profile (Settings → Cellular → Openline → Remove eSIM), then reinstall it from openline.com.
If reinstalling doesn't help, the RSP may have deprovisioned your specific profile due to a rare backend hiccup. Contact support with the ICCID and we'll re-issue.
