Your phone shows the name of the line currently used for voice calls, not necessarily the one used for data. Even when Openline handles all your data, if you kept your home carrier's line as Default Voice Line, its name is what shows in the status bar (or its roaming partner's name, if the home line is abroad).
To see the actual Openline data connection: pull down Control Center and look at the cellular chip, or check Settings → Cellular → Cellular Data — the label there is the true data source. If the label reads Openline, you're on Openline data regardless of the status bar.

When you write in, include your purchase code (the OL-… code we emailed you) and, if the eSIM is already installed, its ICCID (Settings → Cellular → tap the Openline line). That's enough for us to find your plan and diagnose without back-and-forth.
