Three places, in order of convenience:
- Openline app → My Codes. Every code you've bought under this account or claimed later. Shows redeemed / unredeemed status.
- Web account at openline.com → My Codes. Same list.
- purchase-code emails — every code is in the email that confirmed the purchase.
If you bought anonymously
Guest-purchase codes only live in the confirmation email. You can adopt them into an account any time via My Codes → Add code by pasting the code. They'll appear in the account list from then on.
Search inside your codes
Both app and web let you filter My Codes by destination, plan size, or purchase date. Handy when you have dozens of codes stashed for future travel.
Purchase code vs activation code
Don't confuse the two:
- Purchase code (
OL-4F7X-9K2Q-A3M8) — what Openline gave you when you paid. Giftable, bearer, reusable via Reinstall. - Activation code (
LPA:1$rsp.openline.com$K2-...) — what redemption generates and what your phone actually installs. Single-install by GSMA spec.
See purchase code vs activation code for the full breakdown.
Want to gift the code?
Any unredeemed purchase code can be gifted at any time — including one you bought for yourself and never used. See Everything about gifting your Openline purchase code for every method: copy from the app, share the link, print a QR, "unlock" from your account, and more.
Still stuck?

When you write in, include your purchase code (the OL-… code we emailed you) and, if the eSIM is already installed, its ICCID (Settings → Cellular → tap the Openline line). That's enough for us to find your plan and diagnose without back-and-forth.
