The red mark usually means iOS thinks the profile is corrupted, unauthorized, or its SIM has been removed from your carrier's records. On a freshly installed Openline eSIM this is almost always cosmetic.

Quick fix

  1. Open Settings → Cellular → Openline.
  2. Toggle the line off, wait five seconds, toggle it on.
  3. Toggle airplane mode off/on.

If the mark persists after a restart, sign in at openline.com and hit Reinstall eSIM. We issue a fresh profile that iOS registers cleanly.

Still stuck?

Reach Openline support 24/7 through any of these channels:

When you write in, include your purchase code (the OL-… code we emailed you) and, if the eSIM is already installed, its ICCID (Settings → Cellular → tap the Openline line). That's enough for us to find your plan and diagnose without back-and-forth.
