Yes — because codes are bearer tokens, "transferring" is really just sharing the code with the new owner and having them redeem it (or claim it into their own account first).
Two flows
- They redeem directly: give them the code, they paste at openline.com/start or in their app. Done.
- They claim into their account: they sign in and paste the code in My Codes → Add code. The code now shows in both your account and theirs, but only one of you can redeem it — first come, first served.
Removing a code from your account
If you want a clean handover, you can hide a code from your own My Codes view via Archive. This doesn't invalidate the code — the recipient can still redeem — but it declutters your list.

When you write in, include your purchase code (the OL-… code we emailed you) and, if the eSIM is already installed, its ICCID (Settings → Cellular → tap the Openline line). That's enough for us to find your plan and diagnose without back-and-forth.
