Technically yes — an eSIM works the same regardless of who holds the device. But an Openline plan is single-device: you can't install the same QR on multiple phones simultaneously.
Practical options
- One family, one plan, one hotspot. Buy an Unlimited plan and tether from one phone. Everyone connects via Wi-Fi.
- One plan per phone. Buy separate country plans; small ones (1 GB / 7 days) are cheap for lighter users.
- Business account. For teams travelling together, our business dashboard lets an admin buy plans in bulk and assign them per person.
Still stuck?
Reach Openline support 24/7 through any of these channels:
- Live chat — inside the Openline app or at openline.com
- Email — ask@openline.com
- WhatsApp — wa.me/15554842461
- Messenger — m.me/askopenline
- Contact form — openline.com/contact
- Social DMs — @askopenline on X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok
When you write in, include your purchase code (the OL-… code we emailed you) and, if the eSIM is already installed, its ICCID (Settings → Cellular → tap the Openline line). That's enough for us to find your plan and diagnose without back-and-forth.
