This is almost always a device-level content filter, MDM restriction, or misconfigured DNS — not an Openline issue.
Debug order
- Turn off any VPN, Content Blocker, or Focus Mode.
- Verify no MDM (work-managed profile) is filtering traffic.
- Change DNS to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 in your device settings.
- Reset network settings (last resort — it clears saved Wi-Fi passwords too).
If step 3 fixes it, your original DNS was being blocked; keep the manual DNS. If it's still broken after step 4, the specific app has a hard-coded IP block. Contact the app's developer.
