The EID (eUICC Identifier) is a 32-digit unique identifier for your device's eSIM chip. Openline doesn't need it for consumer purchases, but some enterprise integrations do.
Where to find it
- iPhone: Settings → General → About → EID.
- Android (Pixel): Settings → About phone → EID.
- Android (Samsung): Settings → About phone → Status information → EID.
- Universal fallback: dial
*#06#; swipe past IMEI to reveal EID on many phones.
Treat it as identifying information — don't share it publicly.

When you write in, include your purchase code (the OL-… code we emailed you) and, if the eSIM is already installed, its ICCID (Settings → Cellular → tap the Openline line). That's enough for us to find your plan and diagnose without back-and-forth.
