The IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity) is a 15-digit number that identifies your plan within a mobile network — like a username at the SIM level. Openline eSIMs each get one.
Where to find it
- iPhone: it's not directly exposed; only network operators can query it.
- Android: dial
*#*#4636#*#*and browse the Phone Information section on many phones (varies by OEM). - Openline app: we don't display it because it changes when we roam you across partners. The stable identifier we use for support is the ICCID.
Unless you're doing IMSI-based routing yourself, you'll never need this value.
Still stuck?
Reach Openline support 24/7 through any of these channels:
- Live chat — inside the Openline app or at openline.com
- Email — ask@openline.com
- WhatsApp — wa.me/15554842461
- Messenger — m.me/askopenline
- Contact form — openline.com/contact
- Social DMs — @askopenline on X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok
When you write in, include your purchase code (the OL-… code we emailed you) and, if the eSIM is already installed, its ICCID (Settings → Cellular → tap the Openline line). That's enough for us to find your plan and diagnose without back-and-forth.
