The message means the phone's radio isn't attached to any partner network. Possible causes: airplane mode, roaming disabled on the Openline line, wrong preferred network, or you're in a coverage gap.
Order of operations
- Airplane mode off, mobile data on.
- Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → Openline: turn on Data roaming.
- Same menu → Preferred network type: set to 4G/LTE or 5G/LTE (avoid "2G only" unless you're desperate).
- Force network scan: More networks → Search now.
- Restart if the radio didn't attach after two minutes.
